At Tejas Beads, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Shopping online for such highly visual products can be challenging. We gladly accept returns of products in their original condition if you are not satisfied for any reason.
To make a return, please follow the steps below
- Log into your customer account using the same email address that you used to place the order.
- Once in your customer account, locate the order and press the 'Request return' button and follow the steps.
Conditions of returns
- Items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Beads strands cannot be cut, restrung, or altered in any way.
- Tags cannot be cut off.
- Packaged products must be unopened.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We do not offer return shipping labels.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders that received free shipping, if a return causes the value of an order to drop below the free shipping threshold then a shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns where all of the items in the order are returned, our full cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged Returns: Items damaged in transit due to negligent packing will have the loss of value deducted from the refund amount.
Processing and Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to charge a $1 per sku restocking fee on any return that we deem to be excessive.
Payment processing fees that are not reimbursed on refunds may also be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to recalculate an order's value based on the unreturned items and apply eligible discounts as posted on our website at the time of purchase.
Packages returned to us for incorrect addresses, unavailability to receive a package, delivery refusal, and/or cancellation of an order after it has been processed will be treated as a return and is subject to the terms listed above.
