Moonstone is believed to have a number of mystical properties, including the ability to promote success, good fortune, and wisdom. It is also said to promote peace, harmony, and balance.
Moonstone is available in a range of colors, from white to yellow to pink. Moonstone has a Mohs hardness rating of 6-6.5 so it's relatively hard but care should be taken against abrasions.

The moonstone was an impulse addition to my project that needed 7mm beads and I’m really glad I got them! While the beads are pretty close in length, the width varies a little, none I’ve noticed are bigger than 7mm wide but some are a bit closer to 6.5mm or some are 7mm on one side of the bead and smaller on the other. Each bead is unique, some being more cylindrical and others being more square-ish? They are a bit weighty in comparison to the other beads I was working with. Some beads are more black others all white, and several and interesting mix. Two beads on the strand I revived had a little grey-green coloring which I particularly liked for the purpose of my project featuring red creek jasper from this shop along with clear quartz also from this shop. I’m very happy I found this shop!!
